After gaining a PhD in structural engineering and then working for a prestigious international company I decided to completely turn my life around and become a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher. I have a holistic approach to health in which I combine strength with flexibility and mobility for both body and mind.

I offer 1-2-1 personal training sessions both in the gym and online.
Sessions will be tailored according to your goals and we will work around your lifestyle to make sure you achieve them.
