Are you feeling a little stuck? Do you find yourself running low on energy?
When we seek a change or a shift, either physical or mental, we ought to start from within.
This Italian duo is teaming up to bring you a 3 hour workshops where it will all be about resetting our body and mind to reach a deeper state of connection and relaxation.
You will leave feeling relaxed yet aware of your inner strength.
**All social distancing measures will be fully adhered to.

14:00 - Welcome and Introduction
14:15 - Flushing and Meditation
15:00 - Slow Yoga Flow and Foot Reflexology
16:00 - Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) and Yin Yoga
