Service Description

This class covers a range of strengthening and toning exercises which are aimed at making you stronger, fitter and leaner. A kettlebell or a pair of dumbbells are required (please let me know if you don't have any equipment and I can plan some alternatives for you) . Each movement will be set to a tempo which is designed to test the muscles under tension, making sure you get a real burn out of the session. We usually end with a sweet sweaty finisher so save some energy for it!
